to support growth and other necessary changes. |

PC system documentation with updates as needed. |

Email account and user account management for home users. |
|
Remote desktop assistance and monitoring provided the
appropriate operating systems, data connection, and internet related
hardware are present. The client must have at least one public IP
address. |

Provision for hardware and software ordering on behalf of
the client. Purchases are the sole responsibility of the client. |

Provision for telephone and email technical support upon
request. |

Furnish all labor required to restore proper operation of the specific equipment located at the users home. |

Act as an agent for the client when dealing with network
and software vendors to resolve software and PC issues. |

Endeavor to provide same day service to all clients based
upon the circumstances of the issue.
