CALL AS NEEDED SERVICE - $40 / hour minimum 1 hour charge

Invoices for home service are due upon completion of the service call.  On site check card and credit card payments only via Paypal.

This rate is for home PC users only.  Home users may request PC support for up to 5 computers.

Determination of business vs. personal support at the rate above is at the discretion of RCHTECH.

 

 

Helpdesk for home pc operating system issues.

Helpdesk for firewall issues and high speed internet connection problems on the customer premises.

Full help desk support for Microsoft applications on your home PC.

Support for any software recommended by RCHTECH Network Consulting, LLC

General helpdesk support for non-Microsoft applications.

Basic training to acclimate you to general file, print, and email services.

Recommendations for improvements in the areas of anti-virus and security products.

Recommendations for changes to home computer systems to support growth and other necessary changes.

PC system documentation with updates as needed.

Email account and user account management for home users.

Remote desktop assistance and monitoring provided the appropriate operating systems, data connection, and internet related hardware are present. The client must have at least one public IP address.

Provision for hardware and software ordering on behalf of the client. Purchases are the sole responsibility of the client.

Provision for telephone and email technical support upon request.

Furnish all labor required to restore proper operation of the specific equipment located at the users home.

Act as an agent for the client when dealing with network and software vendors to resolve software and PC issues.

Endeavor to provide same day service to all clients based upon the circumstances of the issue.
